Experiential Teambuilding Programme (ETB)

Register for ETB Run & Complete Health Declaration

Students must complete a health declaration and select their ETB run. Run selection is on a first-come-first serve basis.

Complete Medical Clearance

Students with declared medical conditions must obtain medical clearance before attending ETB, which may involve a visit to a doctor.

  • Information on Experiential Teambuilding Programme (ETB)

    A total of FOUR (4) Runs will be offered to cohort 2026 students.

    Please find the important deadlines for the respective run dates as below:

    Important Notes:

    • Students must be available throughout the entire course date duration.
    • Students are allowed to register for only ONE (1) run.
    • Limited slots are available for each run, and registration during the course registration period is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
    • No switching of runs once registration is confirmed.

  • Registration Process for Experiential Teambuilding Programme (ETB)

    Step 1: Link to the registration portal will be sent to the MyMail accounts of all students on the Registration Start Date for the respective JAP Windows.

    Step 2: Students to click on the link and complete their:

    • Run Registration (which includes filling up T-shirt size & dietary requirements)
    • Health Declaration

    by the Registration End Date for the respective JAP Windows.

    Step 3: Students with health conditions are to visit a doctor to get the “Note to Medical Examiner Form” endorsed and submit via the registration portal.

    Note: A video tutorial link on how to login and navigate through registration portal will be sent to your SUSS MyMail address prior to the Registration Start Date.

  • Safety during Experiential Teambuilding Programme (ETB)

    Emergency Management System (EMS) is established to deal with cases of emergency:

    • SUSS will perform RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) for the activities to ensure adequate safety measures are in place
    • At least 1 student leader will be assigned to each ETB group and the group size will be advised subsequently

    Note: All students are required to familiarise with SUSS Emergency Management System (EMS) as part of ETB Course Quiz requirement.
