The Apprentice Pathway equips you with the relevant skills and competencies needed to address leadership challenges in today's dynamic and evolving environment.

  • How to join?

    Student leader categories automatically enrolled into the Apprentice pathway upon elections/selections include:

    • All Advocacy Group (AG) members
    • Competition Group (CG) Executive Committee (EXCO)
    • nterest Group (IG) Executive Committee (EXCO)
    • Community Engagement (CE) Leaders
    • SUSS Scholars
    • Any other student leaders that meet the criteria subject to review by Student Life

    The criterion for renewal is for the Apprentice to attain 4 LEAD Points in the calendar year.

  • Workshops / Programmes

    • Platform-specific training workshops
    • Baseline trainings for student group Executive Committees (EXCOs)
    • Participating in a Student Leaders’ Community of Practice
    • Singapore Young Leaders Programme (SYLP)
    • Representation in local conferences and events among others
